abode4 enables you to specify hundreds of design aspects of your abode, including the exterior appearance. It can be contemporary or traditional, using different products and materials to create your own style. You can also specify the window and door packages, kitchens, flooring, fittings...

Affordability and quality don’t often come together. At abode4 we don’t compromise on quality – we strive to exceed building control regulations and the quality of most conventional developments.

An abode is a an additional suite for a pub, bed and breakfast or commercial leisure operation with unused space.

planning assessments

We are happy to provide a free consultation with our Planning Advisers to explore whether your abode will require planning permission and if your garden can provide a suitable site.

Most often an abode can be created within the permitted development parameters which means planning permission is not required. The Government Planning Portal is a good place to check whether your plans are within “permitted development”.

Once you have signed off on your abode specifications we schedule your abode for production at our facility.

Much of the production process is carried out there, minimising construction time on site.

Typically our turn around from order to completed abode on site is eight to ten weeks. Of this the time spent on site is a week to ten days.
